Raise Real Estate (RaiseRE) is a boutique investment firm specializing in multi-family syndication. We work with like-minded individuals to pool our assets to acquire value-added properties. We invest in apartment buildings with 50+ units and a purchase price of $2-10 million, to gain economies of scale.
We target opportunities in primary and secondary markets experiencing job growth in stable economies with consistent rent growth and low vacancy rates. Our investments typically include B or C class properties in A locations. We provide a value-add strategy to reposition the property through renovations and rebranding. Additionally, we do a complete overhaul of operational inefficiencies.
Our goal is to generate consistent, long term income growth and appreciation for our investors, while providing and clean and safe community for our residents.
When investing in a syndication deal with Raise RE, you experience genuinely passive income. You share in the ownership benefits without the hassle of leasing and evicting tenants, paying bills, and managing upkeep and deferred maintenance and repairs. We handpick assets and manage the entire investment lifecycle. We handle every aspect from acquisition and due diligence to renovation and rebranding to disposition and sales and everything in between. Based on their initial investment, investors receive their share of the cash flow and their portion of the profits from the scheduled sale.
